Sales Careers: Inside & Outside Agents

Our sales organization combines established daily training with clear performance standards and supportive coaching.

Inside Sales:

Inside sales agents are comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting via phone. They are responsible for building a pipeline, following up on inquiries, conducting discovery calls, and moving opportunities through the sales process. Expect structured daily sales training, product knowledge sessions, and role-plays that sharpen your skills. Suitable for both emerging and experienced professionals.

Outside Sales:

Outside sales agents are comfortable with in-person customer meetings. They own a defined territory, meet clients on site, present solutions, and collaborate with Operations and IT to deliver. You’ll receive ongoing coaching, clear goals, and the backing of a responsive team.

Operations

Operations keeps our commitments. Roles span customer coordination, scheduling, logistics, inventory, vendor management, and project support. We look for people who are organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable improving processes as we scale. Experience in fast-moving environments is an asset; we also provide training for high-potential candidates.

Information
Technology (IT)

IT builds the systems that power our growth. Opportunities include service desk, systems administration, data and reporting, and application support. You’ll partner closely with Sales and Operations to improve reliability, security, and productivity. Certifications are valued, and we support continuous learning.
